Mike Miller graduated from Dalhousie Law School in 1980 and was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1982. He has practiced criminal law exclusively, initially as an Assistant Crown Attorney in Barrie from 1982 through 1988. Mike prosecuted criminal cases appearing in all levels of courts gaining considerable trial experience including in judge and jury matters.

In 1988 he partnered with Gary Pickard to form the criminal law defence firm of Miller, Pickard. He represents clients facing a wide variety of criminal and quasi-criminal charges throughout Ontario.

Mike is a member of the Ontario Criminal Lawyers’ Association and the Criminal Lawyers’ Association of the County of Simcoe.
